"Document Z-3" is an Italian spy film from 1942 directed by Alfredo Guarini. The movie stars Isa Miranda, Claudio Gora, and Luis Hurtado. This film was significant for helping to re-establish Miranda in Italian cinema after an unsuccessful period in Hollywood. However, many critics felt that she had not regained the spontaneity of her earlier work. Notably, "Document Z-3" is considered the first film on which the renowned director Federico Fellini worked as a screenwriter​​.

Sergio Gargiulo was an Italian painter and poster artist. In the 1930s he was commissioned by MGM to do publicity portraits of some of its leading stars.
